Yummy, yummy, yummy. This is a great bread substitute if you are eating a low carb diet. The first thing I made when I got these was a grilled cheese sandwich! How I missed them. I can't taste the cauliflower taste at all, although my son who can eat bread thought it had a mild cauliflower taste, but he still enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich. Now when I have bacon and eggs I can have a piece of "bread" with my breakfast. They can be toasted, but I like them untoasted also. I contacted Outer Aisle as I live in the Phoenix area and had some questions about shipping out here when it's hot. They were responsive and very helpful. Great customer service and a great product! They have recipes on their website using the sandwich thins which I'm looking forward to trying.

I've been making my own cauliflower bread & pizza crust. It's time consuming, expensive, and produces so few servings that I need to make more every 3 to 4 days. And while the quality of my bread has improved immensely since my first batch, it's still inconsistent. So when I saw Outer Aisle's affordable, pre-made, low carb, freezeable cauliflower bread & pizza crusts, I couldn't hit the "One-Click" button fast enough. While they were smaller than I expected, Outer Aisle Gourmet proves once again that big things can come in little packages. I immediate ran to whip up a burger excited to try them between something other than lettuce for once, and I wasn't disappointed. The Parmesan flavor is definitely present, but so far has blended with whatever sandwich I've made. They may be thin but the flavor is thick and delicious. I threw it in the waffle maker to press a melt, and there was a little breakage, so I would cook it a tad shorter than you would a normal melt and that should fix the problem. Also, keep refrigerated if your in a warm/tropical/ humid area. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent taste, ingredients and so many uses!
When I read the ingredients, I knew I needed to order these. They are 3 net carbs, YEAH , and taste great. They are a bit expensive, but much better than me making them!! I've eaten them heated up, with cheese(like a quesadilla) and will make sandwiches with them. I'm not eating bread so these are my substitute. I will definitely be buying these regularly. Also bought from California company Lo Carb U.

I don’t love or hate cauliflower but I LOVE these sandwich thins! They ship frozen and are well packaged. I toss a bag (it comes with 4 bags of 6) in the fridge to thaw and rotate the rest out of my freezer. I just pop a refrigerated thin into the toaster and the possibitles are endless! I toast them lightly for a sandwich or a little crispier for a mini pizza. They’re seriously soooo good! They are small - about 4.5” - and a little pricey, especially with shipping, but I understand why. You can taste the quality. They average $1.75 a slice (with shipping) but when I consider the cost of eating out or ordering in (I’m v guilty of both) this isn’t so pricey after all. Plus they’re so healthy, low calorie and great for low carb or Keto diets. I’m about to order my next batch! PS: I have not tried straight from frozen but the consistency makes me think they’d hold up well with a little more toaster time. Plus they last 30 days refrigerated which is great because I traveled a week and they were still yum. These will never last 30 days in my fridge!
