Món Tokbokki của Hàn hay còn gọi là bánh gạo cay vốn không hề khó làm như ta tưởng đâu nhé. Bánh gạo nếu để tủ lạnh thì lấy ra cho vào tô nước ấm ngâm 10 phút rồi rửa sạch lại với nước, để ráo. Làm sốt: trộn đều: 3 muỗng tương ớt, 1.5 muỗng đường nâu, 1 muỗng nước tương, tỏi băm, 1 muỗng ớt bột trong chén. Cho 500ml nước dùng rong biển vào nồi nấu sôi, cho hỗn hợp sốt vào khuấy đều, tiếp đó cho bánh gạo, chả cá, hành tây xắt lát vào.
Nấu 3 - 5 phút đến khi bánh gạo chín mềm, thấm nước sốt vào bên trong thì hạ nhỏ lửa, tiếp tục để 2 - 4 phút nữa cho nước sốt sệt lại. Cuối cùng thêm dầu mè, mè rang và chút hành lá xắt nhỏ lên trên là xong rồi đó. Cho tokbokki ra dĩa thưởng thức thôi nào.
