Đậu hũ trắng mua về rửa sạch, dùng khăn giấy thấm khô nước. Sau đó đem thái thành những khối vuông nhỏ cho vào tô, thêm vào 1-2 muỗng canh bột bắp xóc đều. Đun nóng ít dầu trong chảo, cho đậu hũ vào chiên cho chín hơi vàng nhạt các mặt thì vớt ra để riêng.
Trong chén nhỏ trộn đều hỗn hợp sốt gồm: 1 muỗng canh tương cà, 1 muỗng canh tương ớt Hàm Quốc, 1 muỗng canh siro bắp, ít đường, 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 4 muỗng canh nước, 1/2 muỗng canh dầu mè. Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho sốt vào đảo đều. Khi sốt sôi thì cho đậu hũ vào đảo đều, thêm ít đậu phộng gia giã dập vào. Đun cho sốt hơi cạn thì tắt bếp.
Cho đậu hũ chiên sốt tương cà và đậu phộng ra đĩa, rắc thêm ít mè trắng rang thơm lên trên, dùng nóng với cơm. Món này thích hợp làm ấm bụng trong những bữa cơm ngày đông.
