Trong tô lớn trộn đều thịt heo bằm, thịt bò bằm với hành tây băm, cà rốt băm, hẹ băm, tỏi băm, 1 quả trứng, 1.5 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh muối, 1 muỗng canh dầu mè và 1 muỗng canh mè trắng.
Ớt cắt đôi theo chiều dọc, bỏ hạt. Áp 1 lớp bột vào lòng trái ớt, nhồi hỗn hợp thịt đã trộn ở trên vào. Sau đó nhúng vào 1 quả trứng đánh cho áo đều 1 lớp mỏng trứng. Cuối cùng, đặt các miếng ớt đã nhồi thịt vào chảo chiên với ít dầu ăn ớt lửa nhỏ vừa cho chín đều là được.
Bày trí ớt nhồi thịt chiên ra đĩa và thưởng thức. Món ớt nhồi này không chỉ béo ngon mà còn cay thơm, kích thích vị giác giúp bữa ăn thêm ngon miệng. Bạn có thể chấm thêm các loại sốt ăn kèm tùy thích.
