Cũng giống như "cơm" bông cải trắng, "cơm" diêm mạch chiên rau củ là món ăn để thay thế món cơm chứa nhiều tinh bột hằng ngày đối với những ai đang có ý định ăn kiêng và giảm cân. Đây là món "cơm" lowcarb khá ngon, bạn nên thử nhé!
Ngâm hạt diêm mạch với nước một lúc rồi xả sạch, cho vào nồi, cho 500ml nước vào đun sôi, giảm nhỏ lửa 15-20 phút cho đến khi hạt diêm mạch chín. Cho nước tương, dầu mè vào trong một cái bát rồi để riêng. Đun nóng 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho hành tây, cà rốt vào xào khoảng 2 phút.
Cho hành lá băm, tỏi băm, gừng băm vào chảo, xào thêm khoảng 2 phút nữa. Rưới phần dầu olive còn lại vào rồi trút hạt diêm mạch vào. Tiếp tục xào thêm khoảng 2 phút rồi cho bát nước sốt vào. Đập trứng gà vào chảo, trút đậu Hà Lan vào xào chín là hoàn thành.
Xúc "cơm" ra đĩa và thưởng thức thôi nào, nếm thử xem có ngon như cơm chiên thực thụ không nha. Nếu không thích dùng hạt diêm mạch, bạn có thể thay thế bằng cơm trắng như bình thường nhé.
