Cut them in half. Roast it on flat side til its nice crispy on that side(press them against the pan). Put some cream in a pan with garlic, onion maybe some good flavoured briecheese alittle dijonmustard. Use prefered stock if you need some deepness in the dish. stew that shit til its nice in thickness then put in the roasted brusselsprouts. And maybe some freshcut herbs. Or dont im not your dad.. Yet
