Cho trứng gà đánh tan, trộn đều cùng củ năng thái nhuyễn và gia vị trong một cái bát. Trộn đều thịt heo với bát hỗn hợp nhé. Tiếp theo, viên thịt bao lấy trứng luộc (đã bóc vỏ) nha!
Chiên vàng những viên trứng thịt này. Pha nước sốt gồm nước dùng gà, dầu mè, dầu hào, hoa hồi, quế, gừng và bột bắp rồi cho vào chảo nhé, cuối cùng, bạn cho đường phèn vào và đun đến khi nước cạn gần hết. Cho thịt viên vào đảo đều.
